CDC - Bush Fire Attack Level (BAL) Assessment
Complying development certificate (CDC) BAL Certificates for your new home, house additions, commercial development and many others.

DA - Bushfire Certificates
The Bush Certificate or Bushfire Assessment is a detailed report that is lodged with a development application (DA).
Your report is customized based on your scenario. If possible we will suggest ways to reduce the BAL, through redesign or more detailed analysis of your property.

Performance Solutions and Expert Analysis
We are fire engineers and fire modelling experts. We have developed several tools to more accurately assess fire behaviour and other performance criteria.
We will suggest this process when we believe that a more accurate assessment may result in more appropriate construction levels and reduced ecological impact.

A Bush Fire Statement of Compliance is sometimes needed at the end of the planning approval. We offer a service to review your plans and ensure they comply with bushfire regulations. It's best to do this early, during the construction certificate process, before building starts.
